For this exercise, you will need a notebook and a pen, a room where you will be alone to provide yourself with peace to process the exercise, and maybe a box of tissues.

The exercise is held online, via the Zoom application, Viber, Messenger, Skype ... as agreed.

It takes about 1 and a half to two hours, so that you can comfortably do all the steps of the exercise. Due to the very nature of the exercise, the exercise is held for only one user (not a group exercise).
