Cancellation and refund policy

All contracts are binding. I am not offering a refund for coaching services.

I am here to support you to your highest level of success, and part of that requires your commitment to be fully committed to your development. When a refund is an option, you can be committed to your development and you don't have to.  It is YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing the package that you will work with me and that I am the right coach for you. If you are committed to your development, you must be 100% committed, just as I will be for you.

If you need to schedule a coaching session, you can do so by contacting me and scheduling your first free appointment. It will not be possible to move sessions that have not been canceled 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your session, and you have not postponed it 24 hours earlier, it will be counted that they have been held.

It is important that you give priority to this job in order to take full advantage of your training package.

Rules  privacy

We receive, collect and store all information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. We use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response time, page lengths, and page interaction information.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, testimonials and personal profile.

We do not collect payment information (including credit card information), payment is processed via PayPal.

We collect personal and other data for the following purposes:

• For quality service provision and management;

• To provide our customers with constant help and support;

• To be able to contact our visitors and users and inform about general or personalized notices and promotional messages related to services;

• To create aggregated statistics and other aggregated and / or derived non-personal information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our services;

• In order to​​ complied with all applicable laws and regulations.  

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wic.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell you our products and services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data warehouse, databases and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment access channels offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help securely handle credit card information in our store and its service providers.
